Interiors & Lifestyle Futures people looking for specialised skills or to brush up on old ones may like to know about a variety of short courses available in summer 2011. The School of Jewellery, Birmingham City University, has organised the programme, stressing that you don’t have to be a jeweller to find a number of the courses useful. The programme runs from the 27 June until 4 August and takes place in Birmingham’s historic Jewellery Quarter.
“These courses offer the opportunity to anyone involved in the Jewellery world or other creative industries to learn highly specialised techniques and approaches in a relatively short time frame,” says Gay Penfold, Manager of the Jewellery Industry Innovation Centre.
“In keeping with our reputation we have once again engaged some of the very best tutors from industry and academia.”
For details including times and costs of specific courses, please see the attached schedule and brochure on Slideshare. You can ring 0121 248 4584, Monday to Thursday from 9.30am to 2.30pm, to book or for more information
